🚖 Bom Cabs - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bom Cabs! By using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1️⃣ Definitions

"Bom Cabs" – Taxi-hailing service provided by Bom Cabs Pvt. Ltd.
"User" – Customers booking rides via Bom Cabs.
"Driver" – Individuals registered as taxi drivers.
"Service" – The transportation and related services provided by Bom Cabs.

2️⃣ Eligibility

✔️ All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
✔️ Bom Cabs reserves the right to deny service for violations of these terms.

3️⃣ User Account

🔐 Users must register an account with a valid mobile number & email.
🔑 You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
🚫 Bom Cabs is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

4️⃣ Booking & Cancellation

📍 Booking a Ride

Rides are booked via the Bom Cabs App.
Estimated fares are shown before booking but may vary due to traffic or tolls.

❌ Cancellation Policy

🚕 Cancellation Fee: Charged if canceled after driver acceptance.
🚗 Driver Cancellations: A new driver may be assigned automatically.
⏳ No-Show Fee: Charged if you don’t show up at pickup.

5️⃣ Payments & Refunds

💳 Payments accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or cash.
📈 Dynamic pricing applies during peak hours and bad weather.
💰 Refunds: Request within 7 days for incorrect charges.

6️⃣ Code of Conduct

🚙 User Responsibilities

✔️ Treat drivers with respect.
✔️ Follow traffic laws and app guidelines.
✔️ Take care of your personal belongings.

👨‍✈️ Driver Responsibilities

✔️ Follow traffic laws and Bom Cabs guidelines.
✔️ Maintain a clean and legally compliant vehicle.

7️⃣ Safety & Liability

🔹 Bom Cabs is a technology platform – it does not provide transport directly.
🔹 We do not guarantee ride availability at all times.
🚨 In emergencies, contact local authorities (Police: 112, Ambulance: 108).
🔹 We are not responsible for accidents, lost items, or driver misconduct but will assist in dispute resolution.

8️⃣ Privacy & Data Usage

By using Bom Cabs, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
📍 We collect location, contact, and payment data for better service.
🔐 Your data is protected and only shared when legally required.

9️⃣ Termination & Suspension

Bom Cabs may suspend your account if:

❌ Fraudulent activity is detected.
❌ You misuse the platform.
❌ You violate these Terms.

Users may delete their account by contacting customer support.

🔟 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

🇮🇳 All disputes are governed by Indian law.
⚖️ Legal matters will be settled in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
📩 Users must first contact Bom Cabs Support for dispute resolution.
